2. Service Terms
Every assignment may be governed by a service confirmation, engagement letter or work order setting out the service, location, scope, exclusions, charges, taxes, timeline, documents, reporting method and client responsibilities.
- No service is confirmed until the Company accepts it and applicable advance payment is received.
- Timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
- The client shall provide documents, permissions, emergency contacts and reasonable cooperation.
- Original documents, keys, valuables or funds shall be handled only under specific written authority and acknowledgement.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal, medical, family, legal, property, identity and payment-related information will be collected only for lawful and specified purposes connected with the requested service. Information may be shared with authorised personnel and relevant verified professionals only on a need-to-know basis or as required by law.

6. Reporting & Communication
Routine reports, photographs, documents and updates shall ordinarily be shared through the client’s registered WhatsApp number or email address.

- Live reporting depends on prior scheduling, personnel availability, local conditions, connectivity, privacy requirements and restrictions imposed by hospitals, authorities, courts, residences or service providers.
- Updates and live calls may take reasonable time because of differences between Indian Standard Time and the client’s local time zone.
- A delay caused solely by time-zone differences will not be treated as a deficiency if the update is provided within a reasonable period.
- Instructions received from a registered email address or WhatsApp number may be treated as authorised, subject to further verification where required.
7. Independent Third-Party Providers
NRI Solutions 360 primarily acts as a coordinator, facilitator and intermediary. It may coordinate independent doctors, hospitals, advocates, caregivers, brokers, contractors, transport providers and other professionals.

- The Company’s responsibility is limited to the coordination scope expressly accepted in writing.
- This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including the Company’s own fraud, wilful misconduct or proven negligence.
